A Time (and Place) For Every Post

I have been holding onto a post for a while now. It's about one of my personal pet peeves-people who butcher the English language online. I don't mean typos, I don't mean misspellings or little mix ups, I mean BUTCHER. On purpose. Because they think it's cool and they don't know any better.

I have had this post written and I've been sitting on it for a while now waffling on whether or not to put it up. I really liked it, but I was a little worried that I would offend someone. It is a pet peeve of mine so I was ranting a little, but in the end it was all in good fun....I just kept going back and forth.

Then, just a few weeks ago, Toni (of A Daily Dose of Toni) announced that she was looking for guest posters to help out while on vacation...and she picked me (among many far more talented others)! I thought and thought about what to write, but I just kept coming back to my little secret rant post. I think it's because of Toni's own post about anonymous commenters that made me think her blog would be the perfect place to debut it.

To post or not to post? I guess the solution is post...somewhere else! Ha ha ha.

I'm really excited for my very first guest post, so be sure to head over to Toni's on Friday to read "Dear Language Assassins" (yes, that's the real title)! Oh and please don't forget that I'll also be having Fabulous Find Friday over here.....this week I'm featuring

Samantha from Apple Juice and Milk!

She's a neat lady~you'll like her a lot!

Now I'm off to bed before I face plant on my keyboard.

I am pretty much a naturally nice person. But I have NEVER hesitated to say what I feel about things on my own blog, or anywhere else for that matter worried that I would offend someone. On the same note, I would never attack anyone either. Just state my opinion is all.

So you post that post PROUD and I can't wait to read it!
