Quotable Sunday: Age

I might be under 30, but my full schedule and lack of sleep makes me feel just under 105, so this week for Quotable Sunday I decided to do funny quotes about age. [For more Quotable Sunday posts, check in with Toni]

I refuse to admit I'm more than fifty-two, even if that does make my sons illegitimate. -Nancy Astor

The secret of staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly, and lie about your age. -Lucille Ball

You know you're getting old when everything hurts. And what doesn't hurt doesn't work. -Hy Gardner

Children are a great comfort in your old age -- and they help you reach it faster, too. -Lionel Kauffman

He's so old that when he orders a three-minute egg, they ask for the money up front. -Milton Burle

One should never trust a woman who tells her real age. If she tells that, she'll tell anything. -Oscar Wilde

I don't feel old. I don't feel anything till noon. That's when it's time for my nap. -Bob Hope

To me old age is always fifteen years older than I am. -Bernard Baruch

By the time you're eighty years old you've learned everything. You only have to remember it. -George Burns

Old age isn't so bad when you consider the alternative. -Maurice Chevalier

Great quote choices - I love Lucille Ball's quote, but Milton Berle's made me laugh out loud... ;)

Have a great Sunday! :)

These are very cute! I am much older then you (I sort of recall my 20s) and I definitely feel my age. Teens add a whole new perspective to feeling old. ;)

Great quotes! I lie about my age all the time, so sometimes I really have to think to remember how old I am!

Love all of them, but my favorite is definitely Lucille Ball's...

Haha great quotes. Even though I'm no where near any of that yet, last night I was thinking how I'm feeling way too old for the club scene. Going out at midnight (when I'd rather be in bed by then) is torture!

Too funny. It is so hot and humid out today that I felt elderly. I could barely walk and I got the worst headache!
