What are your hobbies? What do you wish that you knew how to do?
Hmmmmm....hobbies.....hmmmmmm......does sleep count? I think it should count.
Blogging! Blogging's a hobby right? Although I don't know if 'hobby' really does blogging justice-my blog is like my fourth kid. You know, the good one that never throws fits and doesn't need to be fed or have it's butt wiped. [JK, JK-you know I love the kidlets.] I love to redesign my blog
As far as artsy hobbies go, I'm actually pretty crafty-I can knit, crochet, quilt, cross stitch, bead, paint...none of which I really have time to do anymore of course. There are all sorts of things I'd like to add to my list of hobbies-I'd love to learn how to garden, specifically growing vegetables. I'd love to learn how to can, and how to do some basic carpentry-to build bookshelves and tables and what not.
Also, someday, I'd really love to learn how to decorate our house. Like really decorate, with coordinating colors and "focal pieces" and everything. For now my house is done in the "childproof" motif-which is mainly large pieces of furniture and scattered toys-but someday when the kidlets are older I'd love to have a gorgeously decorated home....if I could just figure out how to do it!
Isn't this beautiful (well, minus the Greek/Roman bust thing on the wall)?!(Picture from Momoy.com)
What are your hobbies? What are some hobbies you'd like to develop? Join in the fun with Friend Makin' Monday!Someday my house will look like that. In theory.

Too funny, I missed the bust on the wall until you mentioned it! Tee hee! I didn't even think of blogging when I was coming up with hobbies, but you're right, it is like a hobby! And I totally wish I knew how to decorate, I'm pathetic when it comes to home decor!
HA! I agree with the roman bust comment on the wall in the picture. Otherwise, magnifique!! ;)
Happy FMM!
My hobbies...scrapbooking, cardmaking, BLOGGING (absolutely a hobby), reading, traveling...
The things you want to learn to do are the exact things I want! I really need to learn how to can. we have the garden and almost ALL of it went to waste! :( p.s. I am your newest follower! Http://raisingbabycheap.blogspot.com
hi, nice to meet you. I'm certainly with you on the blog redecorating.
Nice to "meet" you! I too like to do those thing you mention, but am constantly lacking the time to do any of it. Cheers!
You are one crafty lady! That's awesome.
I definitely agree that blogging is a hobby. Of course, I do it for all the wonderful money. Oh, I don't get paid a dime? Oh, that's right. lol
Love the new redesign on the blog. So cute!
Oh, house decorating... love the picture except the roman head thing. You sound pretty talented. I'd love the do canning on some sides. I like the results of canning, not really the process.
I would love to learn how to can, too! This year was our first for a garden...maybe next year it'll be canning:)
I'd love for you to drop by my place if you get a chance!
canning is something I'd love to do. i need to spend a weekend with my grandmother so she can teach me her skills.
I think blogging definitely counts as a hobby.
Basic carpentry would be so much fun!
LOL I would agree blogging is a hobby one in which I think I stink at!
Learning to decorate..I am so with you though my friends say not to change a thing my house is so inviting (IE They feel comfortable sitting with their feet on the couch LOL)
Blogging totally counts. And I counted sleep too!
Ha! Hobbies? Changing diapers and blogging, baby!
Hobbies? What are those? I have a vague idea from years ago what that might have been at one time. Oh yeah....reading, I love to read. Rarely get time for it though. I also love to bake, apparently. A new hobby I just discovered!!
BTW, love the new look of your blog!
My hobbies...AKA things that take up lots of time, makes big messes and leave me feeling accomplished.
I love to....scrapbook, take photographs, decorate my walls (framing pictures), make cards, crochet, quilt and sew.
Right now, sewing is mainly for little holiday gifts and Halloween costumes. After January my 20 year old Kenmore will go back in the closet not to be seen till next Halloween....
