I went to school today for my first day of GED classes. The good news is I ACED my assessment pretest, so instead of taking a 10 week class they are going to let me take the official pretest next Monday and then, so long as we can come up with the money, I can take my GED test next Wednesday! This is especially good news since, if the timing works out just perfectly, I would be just in time to do late registration for college this semester. I am so excited!
The bad news is that in order to pull that off, I am going to have to take my GED test, file our taxes, file for FAFSA, take my college placement tests, and register for classes all within the next two weeks-ish.
When you add all of that on top of the TWO giveaways I have in the pipeline for you all, plus my writing gig with Today's Cliche for two articles a week, plus my online job, plus you know-sometimes feeding, bathing, and homeschooling the kidlets....
Geez, I'm getting a headache just thinking about it. I'm going to go ahead and lie down, it's been a long and awesome day but I should sleep now while I have the chance. Nighty-night everybody!
